ReelBox is a private platform for sharing and evaluating films. Festivals, distributors, sales agents and filmmakers can use it to send out and receive screeners. Using ReelBox means you agree to the following terms. Abuses and malicious uses of the platform will represent a breach of these terms and subsequently the termination of your account.
If you're watching
The films available maight be unreleased and confidential wich requires extra care in the handling. All content stay the property of their owners and are shared for the purpose of promoting the movies, such as programming, acquisition, press or awards.
- Watch the films yourself, solely for the purpose amove.
- Don't share, record, download, copy or show the films to anyone else, and don't pass on links or one-time passwords.
- Keep your login to yourself. Your account is personal; tell the organizers right away if you think someone else has used it.
- Keep notes and votes confidential.
Access can be ended at any time, and accounts can be set to expire.
If you're sharing
- You confirm you own the films you share, or have the right to share them.
- You decide who gets access, and you're responsible for the people you give it to.
- Your films stay yours. ReelBox uses them only to show them to the people you choose, and for nothing else.
- Your films are stored and streamed from your own Bunny.net account, under Bunny.net's terms.
What we record
- Your account: username, name, role and what you can watch. Passwords are stored only in scrambled form; nobody can read them.
- Your activity: which film pages you open, when, and how often. Admins and Programming Executives can see this.
- Notes and votes you leave on films. The organizers' team sees them; viewers invited to vote on a film also see that film's notes. Guests only ever see their own.
- One-time passwords: when one is used, the time, IP address, approximate location and type of device. If the password wasn't issued in your name, you'll be asked for your email address: it's used only for your access to that screener and to sign any note might be able you leave, never for mailing lists or marketing.
- We do not track your activities for marketing or ads purposes, but to keep the platform secure.
This information stays with the organizers and is used only to run the screenings. Your viewing activity is deleted when your account is removed; notes stay with the film unless they're removed.
Cookies
ReelBox only uses cookies it needs to work, by using this website you accet these cookier and the terms above:
- A login cookie keeps you signed in for 14 days on each device.
- A one-time password cookie opens the film it was made for, until you close your browser or for 8 hours at most.
- Choices like grid or list view, and that you've seen the cookie notice, are saved in your browser on this device.
No analytics, ads or third-party tracking. The video player comes from Bunny.net and is covered by their policies below.
Services we use
Videos are stored and delivered by Bunny.net, which processes your IP address and might collect other data, please refer to their Terms of Service and Privacy & Data Policy for more informations.

We do our best to keep the platform available and secure, but it's provided as is, and content can be added or removed at any time.
